VBS #2 this summer

A couple of weeks ago, hubby left for a week with a team from our church to run a second VBS in another part of Ukraine.  The group came home exhausted, happy, cameras loaded with pictures, hearts full of what God had done, and the wonderful news that...

17 children were saved!

I worked several days to put their pictures into collages.  There is an overwhelming amount to look at here, but I have added them to really show you what God is doing in Ukraine.  If you support this ministry or our family personally, you can know that your support is not in vain.  We are nothing... absolutely nothing at all.  But, we are willing servants who are excited to share God's Word with the lost, and we are thrilled that God chooses to use nobodys {and that He gives us other wonderful "nobodys" that we love very much who are willing to work with us}!
Glad to have hubby home and even happier to know that our time spent without Daddy was a sacrifice for a greater cause!

*Thanks to Igor and Lena for these fantastic photos!

  1. Loved the updates! Thankful to hear the baby is doing well, too!

  2. HE is worthy!! Wow, what an exciting week of VBS, with little hearts learning about the love of their Father. Thank you for sharing all these pictures!!! We start VBS here in Germany, today and I'm praying for many children to come to Him, many to grow closer to Him, and many to leave with a hunger for His Word! Hugs & Prayers for your whole family, my sweet sister! ~ Sheri

  3. Thank you for sharing. I always love to hear what God is doing in the lives of His children all around the world!

  4. Awwww! I love all the pictures!

    What a great report!

I like the pictures of my little brother. It looks like he's having as much fun as those precious
children!!! (Give that big "boy" a great big hug from me!)

    I miss you.

    Much love,
P.S. What picture-editing site do you use?

    1. Yes, David is QUITE at home running events for children and teens. It is definitely his talent which he really cannot believe since he did not grow up attending any kind of a “youth group.” I think his home certainly qualified as a “youth group” of sorts though for some great training ground!

I use for editing pictures and love it!

  5. Praise God! Looks like a wonderful week!!!

  6. Wow! What a wonderful work in the Ukraine with such beautiful children! I have lost some of your mail since you were in Israel .
